I have over 13yrs digital marketing experience working and setting up digital departments for some of the big international advertising agencies – Clemenger Proximity, Y&R Brands, M&C Saatchi and Leo Burnett. I’ve done a stint in London working on Marks & Spencer’s eCommerce website, which was amazing and helped me refine my passion for online retail and continuous message optimisation.

Throughout my career, there are two things that I am most proud of and constantly striving to replicate and extend:

1. Building strong, passionate, energetic and honest teams. Really knowing them, their goals and aspirations.
2. Building strong, passionate, energetic and honest relationships with clients. Really knowing their business and helping shape what will work for them.

Justin Hind

Managing Partner & Co-Founder

I’m a Managing Partner & Co-Founder of WiTH Collective. An economist by profession, with over 14 years agency experience, I come with a wealth of senior management experience across strategy and planning, data, digital and CRM. I have worked for and lead departments at leading local and international agency groups including Y&R Brands, Leo Burnett and BMF. Prior to WiTH Collective I was the Chief Operating Officer of Downstream Marketing, Australia’s largest and most successful performance digital media agency, recently acquired by Efficient Frontier and Adobe. I have a passion for all things digital marketing, creativity and social media. I also love to run.

I bring more than 10yrs of digital experience to the WiTH Collective team from some of the most respected worldwide organisations including Y&R Brands and PWC Consulting. I have a passion for building relationships and work that works.

For me this is digital, working with likeminded colleagues and clients, and achieving nothing less than exceptional results for all involved.

Angela Smith

Account Executive

With an advanced diploma in graphic design from Bond University, and three years commercial design experience across brands like Ksubi, General Pants Co and Commonwealth Bank, I believe in the perfect meld between creativity and business. I bring a broad range of knowledge and skills to the team across design, development and marketing and I am constantly striving to keep up to date with the latest digital trends for my clients. I am currently completing a dual degree in Economics and Computer Science and growing at WiTH Collective as a full-time digital Suit.

Matteo Interbartolo

Developer

Matteo is a passionate developer, with years of experience across all the fundamental aspects (HTML/CSS, Photoshop, Flash etc). He can probably code HTML emails and build banners in his sleep (whilst dreaming of AC Milan winning another Champions League or Italy winning another World Cup). During his time in Enfatico (Y&R Brands ) he worked on digital campaigns across the all Asia/Pacific region and prior to that he worked on the creation and development of mobile sites, that was even before the launch of the first iPhone.

Paul Kelly

Art Director & Developer

I joined the WiTH Collective team from Spider online in Glasgow Scotland and bring a wide skillset to the team from Art Direction to front end development. When I’m not pushing pixels around, you might find me running, riding, swimming at the beach, indoor rock climbing, behind a lens or falling off my skateboard. I’m an avid fan of ‘dad jokes’, am full of pointless facts (or so I’m told) and get entirely too much satisfaction from using a pen that works really well.
