Challenge

It is crucial that Canon seem not only desired by businesses, home offices and amateurs alike, but also customer service is second to none across all platforms particularly digital.

As the product offering and digital landscape are ever changing, Canon also needs to safeguard by changing with the times to ensure market relevance.

We were challenged with the task of digital strategic advisors across all Canon digital platforms including conducting internal training to ensure Canon staff.

Insight

While Canon staff are comfortable and aware of product benefits and service offerings, important training and knowledge was needed around new technologies, tools, platforms and digital best practice.

Impact

As a result of our digital guidance, training and support, Canon employees are more educated and knowledgeable on all things digital and the website is updated frequently to ensure relevance and ease-of-use with the target audience.
