Challenge
Our client v100® started with the simple idea to get 100 everyday people to achieve something extraordinary – run the 42.2km Sydney Marathon. The Marathon is nothing more than a metaphor for self-belief, esteem and building a greater sense of self worth and accomplishment.Our task was to develop a brand identity, bring it to life both offline and online, create a community of belief and self-achievement and dialogue across social media to help get 100 first time runners to the start line in September 2011.
Insight
Most people lack self-belief in taking on the unimaginable. To take on risks, people need to feel they are part of something, a community to help them feel that they are not alone and have support and that others believe in them too.Impact
Our team, comprised of passionate runners, helped craft the entire idea from start to finish.Our team:

◦ Helped secure the support of Nike as principal sponsor
◦ Helped recruit more than 100 first time runners from all walks of life and secured in the Marathon FREE OF CHARGE
◦ Built the v100® online presence including building the site, a social media platform and ran an eCRM program over six months.
